EXO B2B INTEGRATED MARKETING WELCOMES LUC PROVOST, ANALYTICAL MARKETING SPECIALIST, TO THE EXO TEAM.
2010-06-02
Montreal, June 1st, 2010 – Exo B2B Integrated Marketing is proud to welcome to their team Luc Provost as Senior Analytical Marketing Specialist.
With a Master’s degree in Statistical Sciences and an MBA in Marketing, Luc Provost has held key positions during his career at Bell Canada, Loto-Québec, and Aviva Canada, where he participated actively in the development of new products and markets. His experience, his analytical mind, and his perseverance are major gains for Exo Marketing.
“In uncertain economic times, analytical marketing is a trump card for B2B businesses,” states Lynda St-Arneault, co-founder of Montreal based Exo Marketing. “These days, in order to remain competitive in their markets, businesses launch more and more new products in ever shorter spans of time. Paradoxically, the high rates of launch failures threaten the very viability of those businesses. Analytical marketing exists to prevent these pitfalls.”
Stephane Poirier, the other co-founder of Exo Marketing added, “Hiring someone with Luc Provost’s experience and knowledge fits in perfectly with the philosophy of our ever evolving business model dedicated entirely to B2B marketing.”
Analytical Marketing consists of different analysis and market segmentation approaches, as well as various client profiling techniques and database analyses. It applies both to qualitative research and quantitative research.
The arrival of Luc Provost adds to Exo B2B Integrated Marketing’s already considerable talent pool as the Montreal based B2B marketing firm experiences an unprecedented growth phase.
Established in 2002, Exo is perceived as a pioneer with their high-performance marketing model based on the integration of complimentary marketing disciplines and technologies. Exo’s business offer is entirely focused on B2B marketing. They provide à la carte services, turnkey programs, and an outsourced marketing service.

EXO B2B INTEGRATED MARKETING ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF ITS PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES SPECIFICALLY ADAPTED FOR THE B2B INDUSTRY
2009-12-02
Montréal, December 2nd 2009 – In order to address a serious lack in the B2B marketing industry for specialised Public Relations services, Exo B2B Integrated Marketing has added B2B PR to its core competencies.
In business since 2002, Exo B2B Integrated Marketing has experienced considerable growth over the last 8 years and in order to meet the needs of our ever expanding North-American client base, we are proud to announce the launch of our Public Relations department.
The Web has dramatically changed over the last years, as have Public Relations. In 2009, a new on-line PR reality exists, one that cannot be ignored by B2B businesses any longer. Being one of the only marketing firms specialised exclusively in B2B, Exo B2B Integrated Marketing is proud to be a Canadian pioneer in this new B2B PR Web 2.0 reality.
Exo’s innovative Public Relations service includes everything from complete outsourced turnkey solutions, to à la carte customized options: media tracking, social buzz monitoring, SEO optimised news releases, Social Marketing, amongst many others, all uniquely adapted specifically to the B2B world.
B2B business owners and managers know that the B2B industry has its own rhythms, and B2C marketing techniques don’t really generate the same results in the business-to-business field as in the business-to-consumer field. “Choosing a marketing firm that’s not entirely devoted to B2B is like bringing your BMW to get serviced at John Deer,” states Stéphane Poirier, president of Exo B2B Integrated Marketing, “We give B2B businesses the opportunity to take advantage of a Media and Public Relations service specifically adapted for the B2B industry, and in our generalist day and age, that’s a rare thing.”

Combined with a social marketing strategy, the press release made its way across the planet, and Philips Lumec benefited from not only traditional media interest and exposure, but considerable on-line buzz (hence traffic), from blogs, Twitter, and even YouTube.
ADVERTISING AWARD FOR A PRODUCT LAUNCH
2008-10-05
Philadelphia, October 5th, 2008 - Exo Integrated Marketing is proud to have contributed to the success of a product launch by developing and implementing the product launch advertising campaign: “Leonis: Landmark of a new world.”
The Leonis campaign was based on two communicational axes: beauty and intelligence. Its main purpose was to demonstrate what kind of contribution Leonis can make to society by factually stating the environmental benefits of the product (uses up to 50% less energy, delivers LED performance that rivals HID photometrics, etc.) “Lumec is very proud of this award as it reinforces our position that environmentally responsible outdoor lighting is definitely the way to go,” says Jean-François Simard, president of Lumec Inc. “With Leonis being the worlds first fully functional and technologically mature LED luminaire, it was our responsibility to present it to the world in a new and environmentally responsible way.”
Out of 200 entries, The American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) gives Lumec the award for best message in an advertising campaign at the ASLA 2008 Annual Meeting and EXPO.
The ASLA expo is the largest gathering of landscape architecture professionals in the world. This year it was held at the Pennsylvania Centre in Philadelphia on October 4th-5th. Founded in 1899, ASLA is the national professional association for landscape architects, representing more than 18,200 members in 48 professional chapters and 68 student chapters. ASLA promotes the landscape architecture profession and advances the practice through advocacy, education, communication, and fellowship.
