I really enjoyed their approach. It's very different compared to what's being done out there, very refreshing; they don't come in and pretend to know everything.

They don't simply make a sales speech focused on "Look how good we are", instead they simply said "Trust us". First, they established a relationship, a bond of confidence and trust, and once that was established, it's their actions that demonstrated just how good they really are.

CLEAR, NEAT, AND PRECISE

They came to us with precise, very precise, suggestions, and it wasn't 800 recommendations either. It was a number of recommendations that we were actually able to apply without turning our entire operation upside-down. It was well done, nicely condensed, efficiently presented, prepared in-depth; and, to be honest, it was very intelligent what they had for us in those reports.

They really get to the bottom of things; they don't simply do an overview. Everything is documented; they review everything available, they go after articles written about our sector of activities and they really put an effort into understanding our market: the ups and downs, the trends and tendencies, they delve deep to understand everything there is to understand about the subject matter at hand. THE FLEXIBILITY OF A SMALL STRUCTURE

Exo understood our business and quickly understood our needs. Another aspect that is very important for me is the relatively small size of their company. In the past, we've worked with larger marketing firms but decided to stop.
